Elizabeth Heath (Therapeutic Massage, Thai Massage and Shiatsu) has been a massage therapist since 2002 and has over 2500 hours of training in therapeutic massage, Thai massage, Shiatsu, aesthetics and spa training. Her therapeutic work is inspired by Esalen and Lomi Lomi techniques and features long, strong runs along the length of the muscle fiber. Elizabeth’s Thai and Shiatsu work is structural, strong and profound. Thai Massage and Shiatsu and massage techniques experienced fully clothed and on a floor mat rather than a table. Thai Massage feels as though one is ‘receiving yoga’ as the body is stretched and counter balanced. Shiatsu is a pressure point massage based on the principles of acupuncture. Less dynamic and more passive that Thai Massage work, Shiatsu relaxes and releases the grip of tension.
Paul Crowl (Clinical Therapeutic Massage) has been a massage practitioner for more than 20 years. He was formally trained at Cypress Health Institute in Santa Cruz, Ca in Swedish massage and Reflexology, and later studied the art of Deep Tissue bodywork with Michael DiBenedetto. His dedication to refining his craft and background in yoga and the healing arts lead him to being one of the more notable therapists in the Bay Area. With an intuitive touch and ability to read your breath, Paul will help you melt away tension and relieve unnecessary stress.
Coby Dulitzki (Clinical Therapeutic Massage | Relaxing Swedish Massage | Restorative Myofascial Release | Post-Surgical Treatment | Reiki | Trigger Point Therapy | Esalen-Style | Neuromuscular Facilitation | Prenatal | Sports Massage) recently moved to the area from Philadelphia to complete his premedical degree at Stanford University, studying Human Biology with concentrations in Neuroscience and Public Health. Back in Philadelphia, Coby ran a thriving massage practice out of another yoga studio, where he worked on clients with varying needs, ranging from regular maintenance and relaxation to treating conditions such as Parkinson’s, depression, PTSD, and Fibromyalgia. He also taught advanced massage techniques at the only massage school in the city. Delivering therapeutic bodywork within the context of a relaxing session, Coby integrates his technical knowledge and intuition of corrective techniques while eliciting a blissfully relaxing meditative state through the art of touch. Coby is excited to share his love of massage with you in order to nurture your personal sense of wellbeing.
Sharon Lindsay (Yoga Therapist) creates a client-led space where people can be present to their true essence and tune into their inner wisdom. Her work is based on Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, a mind/body modality that uses both elements of ancient yoga philosophy and the principles of modern psychotherapy. Sharon guides her clients into supported yoga postures—and through the use of breath, mindful present moment awareness and gentle dialogue—helps them move toward deep understanding of self; and physical, emotional and mental healing. A therapist for over 20 years, Sharon is a trained Counselling Psychologist, has over 900 hours training as a Yoga Therapist, and is a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher.

With twenty years experience Michelle offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal/Postnatal and Reiki energy work. Her specialization, Muscle Therapy, is a technique that manipulates opposing muscles and connection points to facilitate pain relief. Shelley is known in the Bay Area for her unique treatment of stress-induced neck and shoulder pain. Aiysha Ahmed is a Registered Dietitian and specializes in personalized nutrition therapy. She has a passion for helping individuals create long term healthy habits through a personalized approach without rigidity and restrictions. She acknowledges the profound connection between yoga and nutrition, especially focusing on the healing properties of food. Aiysha strives to educate individuals on the impact nutrition has on one’s body, community and environment. She believes in a balanced approach and feels happiest when able to help others overcome their obstacles and accomplish their health related goals. In addition, Aiysha is a Certified Diabetes Educator and has valuable experience providing diabetes self-management training.
Eliot Steer is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, trained under the mentorship of Dr. Vasant Lad in New Mexico and the Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India. Ayurvedic Medicine emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention using diet, lifestyle, herbal medicines, and cleansing protocols. It is an individualized system which seeks to find causes of imbalance in order to promote true health within the body and mind. Ayurveda acknowledges the critical importance of the digestive system as a mediator for many physiological and psychological disorders which is a unique area of emphasis for this science. Through classical observation techniques (such as questioning and pulse assessment), the entire well-being of the client is taken into account which will be accompanied with recommendations according to ones individual needs. Typically, a consultation will last 1 hour which includes doshic evaluation (assessing ones constitutional type and current areas of imbalance) as well as giving recommendations.
Furthermore, Eliot is completing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with the intention of integrating Eastern medicine and spirituality within modern psychological care. He is also a certified Yoga instructor (RYT-200) and incorporates aspects of classical yoga within his Ayurvedic treatment protocols (such as pranayama and meditation).
